the staff were so kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. i especially appreciated the easy access to the central ladprao mall, it made shopping and finding food so convenient. plus, i felt very secure , a big plus when traveling alone.
The only slight hiccup i experienced was some noise from the elevator. I could hear the bell sometimes, a bit disruptive.

I received an upgrade to a club room. It was excellent. the room had great views and amenities. the room was cleaned daily! the reception and club lounge staff were helpful!
the front desk made a billing error! they chased me for money, even after i paid my bills promptly. this happened despite my illness and inability to leave my room for two days.

the location is great, close to the shopping center. customer service was good across all departments. i liked the provision of two water bottles per day.
Rooms were noisy. I think updating is needed. my room had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. the hotel could use better pest control in f&b areas.
