I had a wonderful stay at the Centara Grand At Central Plaza Ladprao with a amazing breakfast and fantastic spa services. However, I was disappointed with the dining experience at Suan Bua, where the service was sluggish. Additionally, while the pool area was lovely, the hot tub was out of commission during my visit.

The friendly staff truly made the difference, especially during my early morning departure when they went the extra mile to hail a taxi for me. However, the hotel could benefit from renovations, as some areas felt a bit dated.
